The National Care Forum (NCF) – the leading association for not-for-profit social care is
pleased to launch its 2024 CEOs & Senior Directors Conference. The conference is open to
all senior leaders and Trustees in the not-for-profit care and support sector giving NCF
members and non-members alike the opportunity to collaborate and network together.
The event takes place at Wyboston Lakes Resort in Bedfordshire in November with an
evening networking event on Monday 25th and full conference programme on Tuesday 26th.
Registration for tickets is open on the NCF website.
Vic Rayner OBE, CEO of NCF said: “We are excited to bring a brand new programme to our
CEOs & Senior Directors Conference this year to give our members, and providers from the
wider not-for-profit sector, the opportunity to hear from some new voices in the sector. We
are pleased to also welcome back speakers from the world of local government and
regulation too.
“As well as addressing the implications of a new government and policy landscape, our
programme of plenary sessions, panels and workshops will help providers navigate the
tricky topics to be overcome in order to run a successful not-for-profit care and support
business. Senior leaders and Trustees can select from a workshop programme covering core
areas of Finance, Governance, Learning Disability, Practice and Quality, HR and Technology
& Digital. Our aim is to enable senior leaders in care and support to build their own agenda
based on the specific priorities of their business while learning and networking in a
collaborative environment. We are grateful to Marr Procurement for their ongoing support
for our conferences and thank them for coming along as our headline sponsor this year and
taking part in our supplier exhibition.”
Christoph Marr, CEO of Marr Procurement commented: “After nine years of a close
relationship between the National Care Forum and Marr Procurement, we are delighted to
be the Headline Sponsor for this year’s NCF CEO & Senior Directors Conference. The line-up
of speakers is impressive, and the event is always an excellent networking opportunity for
senior social care operators. Given the ongoing cost pressures facing social care, we will be
sharing lessons learnt on how providers can reduce operating costs without compromising
on care or quality.”
