Nurse of the Year Award: Jenny Abrahams

Jenny Abrahams, Quality Assurance Lead with Catalyst Care Group, has been nominated for her excellence in nursing for her unwavering dedication to delivering compassionate and high-quality care. Jenny’s clinical expertise, empathy, and commitment to improving the lives of individuals under her care, as well as those who support people, have been instrumental in providing exceptional nursing services.

 

Personal Assistant of the Year: Samuel Sey

Samuel, a dedicated support worker at Catalyst Care Group, has been recognised for his compassion, patience, and tireless efforts in supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism, and has had a profound impact on their lives. His commitment to empowering and enhancing their independence is truly commendable.

 

Personal Assistant of the Year: Emmanuel Akpan-Isie

Having been through his own personal struggles, Emmanuel always goes above and beyond to ensure the people he supports feel heard, valued and understood.  His empathy is based on his own experience, and his commitment to personalisation is nothing short of inspirational.

 

Registered Manager of the Year: Chantelle Lawton

Chantelle has led Leaf Complex Care’s (part of Catalyst Care Group) journey to an Outstanding CQC (Care Quality Commission) rating. She has demonstrated exceptional dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to her role in advocating for and changing the lives of others. Chantelle’s enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond in delivering person-centered care is remarkable.
