Achieve together, the leading provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs, has this week announced 700 new job opportunities nationwide.
The organisation is launching hundreds of Support Worker vacancies across England and Wales, as part of its latest campaign to create a highly mobilised taskforce. This will ensure that Achieve together can continue to deliver the highest-quality care to some of society’s most vulnerable people, whilst providing paid employment opportunities to people across the UK who have found themselves out of work but motivated to make a difference.
Alongside providing vital continuity of care to the 2,000 people it supports during this unprecedented period, Achieve together’s recruitment drive is also helping people to help others. It is calling for people who are kind, caring and passionate about providing people with the support they need, to apply for the paid roles.
The vacancies range from permanent to temporary contracts (three months) to provide greater flexibility for workers, and recruits will have access to all the required training through Achieve together’s virtual training academy.
With streamlined training, the new starters can be in their roles within the next few weeks and will have access to Personal Protective Equipment, should it be required. They will be joining the strong team of staff who are having a positive input into the lives of the people Achieve together supports.
