Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased on the Skills for Care website and the event can be followed on social media at #TheMC2025.
Interactive workshops will also be devoted to a number of practice-based priorities. These include a fun session bringing new technology to life, enabling managers to explore how new innovations can be used in various care environments including residential, independent living and support services for people with learning disabilities. Other sessions will focus on the Workforce Strategy and what implementation of this framework, developed by the whole sector and launched last year by Skills for Care, could look like on the ground.

Vic Rayner, CEO of NCF said: “The Managers Conference is an event that has gone from strength to strength and become a real staple for care managers from all types of settings. This year’s conference looks set to offer the same rich learning opportunities together with the chance to reconnect with colleagues, collaborate and share experiences. We’re very excited by the varied programme we have curated and confident it will appeal to a wide range of managers. The insights and ideas from our expert speakers and exhibitors together with the opportunity to work interactively during workshop sessions will help delegates navigate the challenges that lay ahead and identify solutions for some of the biggest issues facing them. We look forward to welcoming everyone to The Managers Conference and thank our speakers, sponsors and exhibitors for helping us continue to make this one-of-a-kind event available to our wonderful care managers.”
