Following a robust recruitment process Jewish Care have appointed two new directors. These appointments complete the organisations new look Directorate team built by recently appointed Chief Executive, Daniel Carmel-Brown.
Angela Murphy has been appointed as Jewish Care’s Director of Community Services and Gaby Wills as the new Director of Care Services.

Angela Murphy first joined Jewish Care 24 years ago as a home care co-ordinator. She quickly progressed into more senior roles in homecare across Jewish Care and in 2004 was appointed as the Service Manager for Homecare and Dementia Day Care. In 2007 Angela left Jewish Care to take up a Director position at the Brent Irish Advisory Service. She was enticed back to Jewish Care by the opportunity to take responsibility for the development of Jewish Care’s Independent Living offering. Angela has spent seven years in the role as Assistant Director of Community Services and the last six months as the Acting Director of Community Services.
Gaby Wills trained and worked as a nurse in Israel and then London. She left

nursing to work in health and social care research. Her appointment as the Registered Manager at Osmond House, part of the Otto Schiff Housing Association, was her entry back into managing front line services. When Otto Schiff Housing Association, (OSHA) merged with Jewish Care Gaby was appointed the Service Manager of Residential and Nursing Services overseeing the five homes managed by OSHA. She later became the Registered Manager at Princess Alexandra Home before being appointed as Assistant Director, Care Services in 2006. Since July 2018 Gaby has been the Acting Director of Care Services at Jewish Care.
