Homecare team surprises local community with Easter treats

Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Windsor & Bracknel invites the public to take part in an engaging challenge this Easter: Guess How Many Eggs Are in the Jar! This engaging competition promises fun for everyone, with the lucky winner receiving a lavish chocolate hamper.

To win the hamper, participants can go on the company’s Facebook page and comment how many eggs they think are in the photo, by 31st March. They can also email their answer at reading@bluebirdcare.co.uk. The winner will be announced on 2nd April.

Meanwhile, six Bluebird Care customers from across Reading, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Windsor and Bracknell have won an exciting surprise in the care provider’s Easter Bunny Golden Ticket competition.

Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Windsor and Bracknell offered each lucky golden ticket holder a choice of prize including free care visits, coffee and cake at a local shop, afternoon tea, or a luxury hamper.

Christine Coppin, a Maidenhead customer, said: “this was a lovely surprise; very happy to be a winner.” She is now deciding on what treat she would like.

Meanwhile, Derek Benham, a customer in Reading, said: “it was wonderful to receive the golden ticket. I’d very much like the Luxurious Hamper!”

Bluebird Care customers who didn’t win big with a golden ticket this time still got into the Easter spirit as the care team delivered chocolate bunny surprises for everyone they support around the local area.

The Bluebird Care team also showed their appreciation to their local GP surgeries by going from one surgery to another and offering treats to staff.

From the Emmer Green Surgery in Reading to the Wokingham Medical Centre, Rebecca Hawkins, Operations Manager at Bluebird Care Reading, Wokingham, Maidenhead, Windsor & Bracknel noted: “This small gesture serves as a token of our appreciation to medical professionals. Our partnership with local GP surgeries is integral to our mission and we are immensely grateful for their continuous dedication.”
