Hannah Guy, Head of People and Training at domiciliary care company Care Compassion, has spent over 10 years delivering passionate, hands-on care to every client.

In the picturesque town of Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, nestled among rolling hills and breathtaking Cotswold views, Care Compassion and Conversation Ltd (Team CCC) is on a mission: to provide the very best home care in the area—the kind they’d want for their own families. And at the heart of this amazing team is Hannah Guy, the Head of People and Training and Home Care Coordinator, who plays a vital role in ensuring clients, their families, and the whole team receive top-notch support and care.

Hannah’s journey with Team CCC started more than 10 years ago when she joined as an office assistant after completing her Masters in Philosophy at Kings College London. But helping people was always in her blood, whether it was volunteering with St John Ambulance or lending a hand at charity fundraisers. She quickly found her feet and excelled in her new role. Her passion for helping others is the core of her success, and her boundless energy, enthusiasm, and upbeat attitude make her a natural leader, inspiring both the care team and the clients they serve.

Hannah doesn’t just coordinate care; she’s a fierce advocate for both clients and staff. She truly believes that every person is unique, and she ensures that person-centred care is at the heart of everything Team CCC does. By collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, carers, and families, Hannah makes sure that every client gets the right level of support. Her client-first approach means everyone’s needs are met with kindness, respect, and absolute compassion.

When things get hectic—because in the world of care, things can change in an instant—Hannah’s ability to think on her feet is a game-changer. Whether it’s shifting rotas or organising extra support, she stays calm, collected, and always keeps the client’s well-being at the forefront. Her practical problem-solving skills mean she finds solutions fast, without ever missing a beat.

Outside of her work, Hannah has a lively and vibrant personality that shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s walking her dogs or clay pigeon shooting, she’s all about staying active, focused, and disciplined—qualities that come in handy in her professional life, too!

With her incredible organisational skills, compassionate communication, and unwavering client advocacy, Hannah is nothing short of outstanding in her role as Home Care Coordinator at Care Compassion and Conversation Ltd. Her dedication to both her clients and team is unmatched, and her passion for what she does ensures that everyone she works with receives exceptional care. Hannah truly brings a perfect mix of professionalism, warmth, and heart to her role, making her an invaluable part of Team CCC.
