The Care Workers’ Charity (The CWC) is set to unveil the results of its Care Worker Wellbeing Survey at an exclusive Parliamentary launch event, providing a crucial insight into the challenges and experiences of care workers across the UK.
With over 1,300 care workers already having shared their perspectives, CWC is now calling for more responses to reach its ambitious target of 2,000 participants by the end of February. The survey captures the voices of care assistants, support workers, outreach workers, registered managers, assistant managers, and personal assistants, offering a comprehensive understanding of the sector’s wellbeing needs.
“This survey is a vital step in understanding the unique challenges faced by care workers, and the Parliamentary launch will be an opportunity to highlight their voices to key decision-makers,” said Karolina Gerlich, CEO of The Care Workers’ Charity.
The CWC welcomes media interest and is eager to collaborate with national publications, broadcasters, and journalists interested in covering the results and the upcoming launch event. Interviews with care workers and representatives from The Care Workers’ Charity are available upon request.
