Avante Home Care & Support, a registered charity, has two branches of home care, one in Bexley covering the whole of the London Borough of Bexley and one in Kent providing services in Sittingbourne, Sheerness and Faversham.
Avante Home Care & Support service provides care to privately funded, Local Authority and NHS continuing health care service users. Delivering high quality care and support in the home, to clients with a range of needs, including personal care, medication assistance, respite care through to long-term complex care.

The award was based on the home care provider’s reviews from the people they care for, plus their friends and relatives.
