A podcast dedicated to helping care operators get more enquiries and increase occupancy faster through PR and marketing has notched up 25 episodes.
Operated by care marketing and PR agency Springup PR, a majority of the podcast’s episodes provide care operators with free vital PR, marketing and sales tips and knowledge.
The podcast, hosted by Springup PR’s founder Adam James, aims to be a go-to resource particularly at a time when the sector aims to find proactive ways to recover occupancy after the misery of the Covid pandemic.
“Reaching 25 episodes feels like a landmark,” says Adam.
“We’ll now be pushing ahead with plans to increase the frequency of the episodes to ensure the podcast extends its range of useful advice on how care operators can engage with and reach more its target audiences looking for care for their loved ones.
“This is yet more relevant now because, with the worst of the Covid pandemic hopefully behind us, operators are turning their focus more on how to bring back confidence and trust through PR and marketing – and with it occupancy. The podcast’s mission is to help care operators achieve this goal.”
The podcast also features insightful interviews with specialists in a variety of care sector fields.
Experts include Joanne Balmer (BEM), CEO of Oakland Care; Debbie Harris of online directory Autumna; Fiona Hale of Coolcare; Tobi Alli-Usman of Smooth Digital, Derya Filiz, head of external communications at Anchor Hanover; Anthony Rae of Montane Care; and Paul Ridout of Ridouts Professional Services.
