Meet the Team:
Lauren Dinham – General Manager

“I am so looking forward to being involved in commissioning a home as General Manager, having already been part of this process twice. I love seeing a home grow, building a team, and most importantly, welcoming residents and enhancing their quality of life,” said Lauren.
Emma Curtain – Front of House Manager
Emma brings 35 years of experience in the veterinary industry, where she was dedicated to providing gold standard client care. Her kind, patient, friendly, and understanding nature made her an ideal candidate for the Front of House Manager role at Somer Valley House.
“I am passionate about doing the absolute best for our future residents, their families, and the entire Somer Valley and Oyster Care Home teams. As a lifelong resident of Midsomer Norton, I am thrilled to be part of the Somer Valley House adventure from the very beginning,” said Emma. “I am eagerly looking forward to meeting our residents, hearing their stories, and making them feel at home.”
Tim Buckley, CEO of Oyster Care Homes, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lauren and Emma to the team. Their passion and dedication to providing exceptional care align perfectly with our values at Oyster Care Homes. We look forward to working closely with them over the next few months as we prepare to launch the home, and once the home officially opens.”
